Telegram

Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging and voice over IP service developed by Telegram Messenger LLP, a privately held company registered in London, United Kingdom, founded by the Russian entrepreneur Pavel Durov. Telegram client apps are available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows NT, macOS, and Linux. Users can send messages and exchange photos, videos, stickers, audio and files of any type.

Telegram's client-side code is open-source software but the source code for recent versions is not always immediately published, whereas its server-side code is closed-source and proprietary. The service also provides APIs to independent developers. In March 2018, Telegram stated that it had 200 million monthly active users. According to its CEO, as of April 2017, Telegram’s annual growth rate was greater than 50%.(extracted from Wikipedia)

Why Telegram?

Telegram is similar to WhatsApp but there is so much more. As noted in the statement above, the Client Side code is completely open source and the company has provided APIs to independent developers so that we can integrate with their backend.   CourServ is one of those independent developers.  We are able to build powerful Mobile services using Telegram.  Literally, there is no need for any company to invest in expensive Mobile Apps anymore.  With Telegram, we can essentially do everything that you would want your mobile app to do.

CourServ has built a number of services that integrate Telegram with our SaaS Platform. Customers can actually use Telegram to register and transact with several services without touching our Website.

Because Telegram is a messaging service as well we can easily engage with the customer.  Check out Telegram and Join our Channel to get updates.  Search for our "Telegram Bot" called CourServBot and start using our services straight from Telegram.  The other advantage of Telegram over Whatsapp is that it works on any platform, whether Mobile Phone, PC, Apple etc.
